  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations.)\nThese Regulations amend regulation 7 of the Air Quality Standards Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1990 (“the principal regulations”).\nRegulation 7 of the principal Regulations (limit values for nitrogen dioxide in the atmosphere) implemented in Northern Ireland provisions of Council Directive 85/203/EEC on air quality standards for nitrogen dioxide (“the Directive”). Regulation 2 inserts the phrase “throughout Northern Ireland” after the words “to ensure that” in regulation 7 of the principal regulations.\nCopies of the Directive and extracts from the Official Journal of the European Communities may be obtained from Her Majesty’s Stationery Office, 16 Arthur Street, Belfast BT1 4GD.",
