# The Air Quality Standards Regulations 2010, Regulation 16: Reference methods for sampling and analysis


Measurements of arsenic, cadmium, mercury, nickel, benzo(a)pyrene and other polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in ambient air and deposition of those pollutants must be made in accordance with the reference measurement methods set out in Annex V to Directive 2004/107/EC.
