  "text": "(1) This Part applies in respect of the following pollutants—\n(a) Group A pollutants;\n(b) Group B pollutants; and\n(c) ozone.\n(2) The National Assembly must ensure that all measures taken under Chapter 2 or 3 of this Part—\n(a) take into account an integrated approach to the protection of air, water and soil; and\n(b) have no significant negative effects on—\n(i) any other member State, or\n(ii) any other part of the United Kingdom.",
