# The Air Quality Standards (Wales) Regulations 2010, Paragraph 2

Extent: E+W

In cases where either the information or the alert threshold for one of those pollutants in Schedule 4 is predicted to be exceeded, the information set out in paragraphs 3 to 6 must be provided where practicable, as though references to exceedances in those paragraphs were references to predicted exceedances.
