  "text": "(1) Article 12 (relations with Member States) is amended as follows.\n(2) In the heading for “Relations with Member States” substitute “ Results of the coordinated decision-making process ”.\n(3) Omit paragraphs 1 and 2.\n(4) In paragraph 3—\n(a) for “Member States' authorities” substitute “ the CAA or operational stakeholders ”,\n(b) for “the Network Manager shall consult them within” substitute “ and they are part of ”,\n(c) for “and they shall” substitute “ they must ”, and\n(d) omit “at national level”.",
