# The Air Traffic Management (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Regulation 28: Article 12 of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/123

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) Article 12 (relations with Member States) is amended as follows.
(2) In the heading for “Relations with Member States” substitute “ Results of the coordinated decision-making process ”.
(3) Omit paragraphs 1 and 2.
(4) In paragraph 3—
(a) for “Member States' authorities” substitute “ the CAA or operational stakeholders ”,
(b) for “the Network Manager shall consult them within” substitute “ and they are part of ”,
(c) for “and they shall” substitute “ they must ”, and
(d) omit “at national level”.
