# The Air Traffic Management (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Regulation 40: Article 22 of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/123

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) Article 22 (monitoring and reporting) is amended as follows.
(2) Omit paragraph 1.
(3) In paragraph 2—
(a) omit the first sentence,
(b) for “this process” substitute “ the Network Manager's function under Article 22 of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 2019/123 as that Regulation has effect in EU law as amended from time to time ”, and
(4) omit paragraph 3.
