# The Air Traffic Services (Exemption) Order 2019, Article 1: Citation, commencement and application


(1) This Order may be cited as the Air Traffic Services (Exemption) Order 2019 and comes into force on 31st December 2019.
(2) This Order applies in relation to managed areas.
