  "text": "(1) Section 134 of the 2005 Act (form etc. of applications, proposals and notices) is amended as follows.\n(2) In each of the following provisions, for “or notice” substitute “ , notice or other communication ”, namely—\n(a) subsection (1)(a) and (d), and\n(b) subsection (2).\n(3) The section title becomes “ Form etc. of applications, proposals, notices and other communications ”.",
