# Air Weapons and Licensing (Scotland) Act 2015, Section 73: Exemptions from requirements of sections 28 to 37 of 1982 Act


After section 37 of the 1982 Act insert—
“Exemptions
37A (1) The Scottish Ministers may by regulations make provision specifying circumstances in which the provisions of sections 28 to 37 are not to apply.
(2) Regulations under subsection (1)—
(a) may make transitional, transitory or saving provision,
(b) are subject to the negative procedure.”.
