# The Air Weapons Licensing (Scotland) Regulations 2016, Introduction: Introductory text

Laid before the Scottish Parliament 26th May 2016
Coming into force 1st July 2016
The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 35(1), 36(1) and 86 of the Air Weapons and Licensing (Scotland) Act 2015 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
