Laid before Parliament 10th September 1981
Coming into Operation 1st October 1981
The Commissioners of Customs and Excise, in pursuance of the powers conferred on them by sections 35(4), 42(1) and 66(1)(a) of the Customs and Excise Management Act 1979 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:—
