  "text": "EDUCATION, ENGLAND AND WALES\nMade 7th July 1998\nLaid before Parliament 9th July 1998\nComing into force 1st August 1998\nWhereas the Secretary of State for Education and Employment has received a proposal from the Further Education Funding Council for England, made in accordance with section 51 of the Further and Higher Education Act 1992 (“the Act”), for the dissolution under section 27 of the Act of the further education corporation known as Airedale and Wharfedale College (“the Transferor”);\nNow therefore in exercise of the power conferred on him by section 27 of the Act the Secretary of State after consulting the Transferor and with the consent of the further education corporation known as Park Lane College, Leeds (“the Transferee”) hereby makes the following Order:",
