  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nSection 63(1) of the Airports Act 1986 provides that where an airport is either designated for the purposes of that section, or is managed by the Secretary of State, the airport operator (whether the Secretary of State or some other person) may make byelaws for regulating the use and operation of the airport and the conduct of all persons while within the airport. This Order designates London Oxford Airport for the purposes of section 63.\nAn impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as it has no impact on the costs of business, charities or voluntary bodies. An Explanatory Memorandum has been published alongside this Order and is available with this Order on www.legislation.gov.uk.",
