# The Airport Charges (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Airport Charges (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018 and come into force in accordance with paragraphs (2) and (3).
(2) This regulation and regulations 2 and 3 come into force 22 days after the day on which these Regulations are laid.
(3) Regulation 4 comes into force on exit day.
