# The Airport Charges Regulations 2011, Paragraph 1


Section 74 of the 1986 Act (restriction on disclosure of information) has effect in relation to information obtained under or by virtue of these Regulations as it has effect in relation to information obtained under or by virtue of the 1986 Act.
