# The Airport Charges Regulations 2011, Paragraph 3


Article 49 of the 1994 Order (restriction on disclosure of information) has effect in relation to information obtained under or by virtue of these Regulations as it has effect in relation to information obtained under or by virtue of Part 4 of the 1994 Order.
