# The Airport Charges Regulations 2011, Paragraph 5


In paragraph 3(3) of Schedule 9 to the Transport Act 2000 (restrictions on disclosure of information), after paragraph (rd) insert—
“(re) the Airport Charges Regulations 2011;”.
