  "heading": "Financial provisions.",
  "text": "There shall be paid out of money provided by Parliament—\n(a) any administrative expenses incurred by the Secretary of State in consequence of the provisions of this Act;\n(b) any sums required by him for making grants under section 67; and\n(c) any increase attributable to this Act in the sums payable out of money so provided under any other Act.",
