  "text": "(1) The managing body of an airport shall ensure that, at least once a year, a consultation relating to the application of these Regulations takes place between itself, the committee referred to in regulation 6 and the persons providing groundhandling services at the airport.\n(2) The consultation referred to in paragraph (1) above shall cover, inter alia:\n(a) the price of those groundhandling services for which a determination has been made pursuant to regulation 11(1)(b); and\n(b) the organisation of the provision of those services.",
