# The Airports (Groundhandling) Regulations 1997, Paragraph 9

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

The publication referred to in paragraph 8 above shall specify a period for the service of objections or representations which period shall be not less than 14 days beginning on the date of publication unless the CAA is satisfied that for reasons of urgency it is desirable to specify a shorter period.
