  "text": "(1) In these Regulations:—\n“alcoholic strength by volume” means the ratio of the volume of alcohol present in a mixture of water and ethanol at 20°C to the total volume of the mixture at the same temperature expressed as parts of alcohol per 100 parts of the mixture;\n“alcoholic strength by mass” means the ratio of the mass of alcohol present in a mixture of water and ethanol to the total mass of the mixture expressed as parts of alcohol per 100 parts of the mixture;\n“the Directive” means Council Directive No. 76/766/EEC.\n(2) These Regulations shall extend to Northern Ireland",
