# The Alcoholic Beverages (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2023, Regulation 1: Title, commencement, application and extent


(1) The title of these Regulations is the Alcoholic Beverages (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2023.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 28 April 2023.
(3) These Regulations extend to England and Wales and apply in relation to Wales.
