# Alliance & Leicester Group Treasury plc (Transfer) Act 2001, Section 14: Application of section 101 of Building Societies Act 1986


It is hereby declared for the avoidance of doubt that the vesting of the undertaking of ALGT in A&L by virtue of this Act is not an acquisition of the undertaking by A&L for the purpose of section 101(4) of the Building Societies Act 1986 (c. 53).
