# Alliance & Leicester plc (Group Reorganisation) Act 2000, Section 19: Costs of Act


The costs, charges and expenses preliminary to, and of and incidental to, the preparing, obtaining and passing of this Act shall be paid by Girobank and may in whole or in part be paid out of revenue.
