  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Alternative Finance Arrangements (Amendment) Order 2009.\n(2) This Order shall come into force on 15th October 2009.\n(3) This Order shall have effect in relation to arrangements entered into on or after 15th October 2009.",
