Regulation 4 Shore-side electricity for seagoing ships

A statutory harbour authority which operates a shore-side electricity supply installation for seagoing ships which is deployed or renewed after 17th November 2017 must ensure that the installation complies with the requirements set out in paragraph 4 of the Schedule.
