  "text": "Financial Services And Markets\nMade 17th July 2013\nLaid before Parliament 18th July 2013\nComing into force in accordance with regulation 1\nThe Treasury are a government department designated for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 in relation to financial services.\nThe Treasury make these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred on them under section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972 and paragraphs 13(1)(b) and 22 of Schedule 3 to the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 .",
