Laid before the House of Commons 19th March 1997
Coming into force 14th April 1997
The Commissioners of Customs and Excise, in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by section 26(3A) of the Betting and Gaming Duties Act 1981, and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:
