This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of a defect in S.I. 1988/44 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.

The Secretary of State for Social Services, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3(5) and 5(6) of the Anatomy Act 1984, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
