  "text": "In section 7(8) of the Mines (Working Facilities and Support) Act 1966 (right to apply for restrictions on working minerals to secure support)—\n(a) for the words ”the Ancient Monuments Consolidation and Amendment Act 1913” there shall be substituted the words ”the Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Areas Act 1979”; and.\n(b) the words “or Part II of the Historic Buildings and Ancient Monuments Act 1953” shall be omitted.",
