# The Anglian Water Authority (Tunstead) Order 1987, Article 3: Power to acquire, continue and maintain works


The Authority may acquire by agreement and thereafter continue and maintain the mains, pipes and apparatus the approximate positions of which are shown by continuous and broken blue lines on the deposited plan.
