# The Anglian Water Authority (Tunstead) Order 1987, Article 4: Works to form part of the undertaking


The mains, pipes and appartus acquired by the Authority in pursuance of this Order shall for all purposes form part of the undertaking and for the purposes of the Third Schedule as applied to the undertaking shall be deemed to have been laid or constructed by the Authority for the purpose of giving a general supply of water.
