# The Anglian Water Authority (Tunstead) Order 1987, Article 5: Application of section 94 of the Third Schedule


Section 94 of the Third Schedule shall apply to the undertaking and is hereby incorporated with this Order, subject to the modification that in subsection (1) for the words from “metropolitan district” to the end of the subsection there shall be substituted the words “and non-metropolitan district affected by the special Act”.
