  "text": "Article 3 of the Order shall be amended as follows—\n(a) in paragraph (1)(b), after the words “agree to supply or deliver,” there shall be inserted—\n“; or\n(c) do any act calculated to promote the supply or delivery of”;\n(b) in paragraph (2), after the reference to (1)(b), there shall be inserted “or (c)”.",
