  "heading": "Supply of certain goods to Angola",
  "text": "(1) Except under the authority of a licence granted by the Secretary of State under this article, no person shall:\n(a) supply or deliver; or\n(b) agree to supply or deliver,\nany goods specified in Schedule 1 to this Order to any person in Angola.\n(2) Nothing in paragraph (1)(b) of this article shall apply where the supply or delivery of the goods to the person concerned is authorised by a licence granted by the Secretary of State under this article.",
