# The Angola (United Nations Sanctions) Order 1998, Article 4: Supply of restricted services


(1) Except under the authority of a licence granted by the Secretary of State under this article, no person shall—
(i) supply; or
(ii) agree to supply
restricted services to any person in Angola.
(2) Nothing in paragraph (1)(b) of this article shall apply where the supply of the services to the person concerned is authorised by a licence granted by the Secretary of State under this article.
