  "text": "Except under the authority of a licence granted by the Secretary of State under this article, the Export of Goods (Control) Order 1994 or the Dual-Use and Related Goods (Export Control) Regulations 1996, restricted goods are prohibited to be exported from the United Kingdom to any destination in Angola, or to any destination for the purpose of delivery, directly or indirectly, to or to the order of any person in Angola.",
