  "text": "This Statutory Instrument has been printed to correct errors in SI 2019/852 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.\nCaribbean And North Atlantic Territories\nMade 6th November 2019\nComing into force in accordance with article 1(4)\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 6th day of November 2019\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by section 1(2) of the Anguilla Act 1980 or otherwise in Her Majesty vested, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered as follows:",
