  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order amends the Constitution of Anguilla by making clear that certain persons must be British overseas territories citizens to qualify as Anguillians. The amendment is deemed to have taken effect on 14th May 2019, the date on which the Anguilla Constitution (Amendment) Order 2019 came into force.",
