# The Anguilla Constitution (Amendment) Order 1990, Article 16: Amendment of section 41 of Constitution.


Section 41 of the Constitution is amended by inserting after the words “seat therein” in each of subsections (1), (2) and (3)(b) the words “or is required by virtue of section 39 of this Constitution to cease to perform his functions as a member”.
