Article 17 Amendment of section 43 of Constitution.

Section 43(1) of the Constitution is amended–

(a)

in paragraph (b)(i), by substituting for the words “Commonwealth citizen” the words “person who belongs to Anguilla”;

(b)

in paragraph (b)(ii), by substituting for the words “Commonwealth citizen” the words “person who belongs to Anguilla who is”.
