# The Anguilla Constitution (Amendment) Order 1990, Article 21: Amendment of section 60 of Constitution.


Section 60 of the Constitution is amended by inserting at the end thereof the following proviso–
“Provided that the election of a Speaker and Deputy Speaker of the Assembly may take place before the members thereof have made such oath.”.
