  "text": "ANGUILLA\nMade 14th March 1990\nComing into force 30th May 1990\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 14th day of March 1990\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, by virtue of the powers conferred upon Her by section 1(2) of the Anguilla Act 1980 or otherwise in Her Majesty vested, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:",
