Article 10 Amendment of section 45 of the Constitution

Section 45 of the Constitution (right to vote at elections) is amended—

(a)

in subsection (1), by inserting after the words “electoral district” the words “ and the single electoral district”, and by substituting for the words “that district” the words “those districts”; and

(b)

in subsection (2)(b) by inserting after the word “district” the words “apart from the single electoral district”.
