# The Anguilla Constitution (Amendment) Order 2019, Article 14: Transitional provision regarding office of the Premier


The person who, immediately before the date of commencement of this Order, holds the office of Chief Minister shall, on and after that date, hold the office of Premier in accordance with the Constitution.
