# The Anguilla Constitution (Amendment) Order 2019, Article 8: Amendment of section 37 of the Constitution


Section 37 of the Constitution (disqualifications for elected membership) is amended—
(a) in subsection (1), by omitting paragraphs (a) and (b); and
(b) by omitting subsection (2).
