  "text": "Caribbean And North Atlantic Territories\nMade 11th November 2020\nComing into force in accordance with article 1(4)\nAt the Court at Windsor Castle, the 11th day of November 2020\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by section 1(2) of the Anguilla Act 1980 or otherwise in Her Majesty vested, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered as follows:",
