  "text": "Notwithstanding the provisions of the Constitution of Anguilla or any other law in force in Anguilla —\n(a) until such time as a public seal is provided for Anguilla, a stamp bearing the words “Government of Anguilla” and countersigned by the Governor may be used instead of such seal;\n(b) all things required to be done under the public seal which were done before the commencement of this Order with the use of such stamp and countersigned as aforesaid or by the signature of the Governor alone shall be deemed to have been done as validly and effectively as if they had been done under the public seal.",
