  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order enables a Government of Anguilla stamp countersigned by the Governor to be used in Anguilla instead of a public seal, pending provision of a public seal for Anguilla, and validates things done with the use of such stamp so countersigned or by the Governor`s signature.",
